3M Scotch-Weld DP8810NS Low Odor Acrylic Adhesives are high performance, two-part acrylic adhesives with lower odor than most acrylic adhesives. These toughened products offer excellent shear, peel, and impact performance. They provide improved adhesion to many plastics and metals, including those with slightly oily surfaces. These durable products feature an exceptionally fast rate of strength build, providing structural strength in minutes.

Open time is about 8 minutes with handling strength in about 16 minutes. It can achieve structural strength (1000PSI) in around 20 minutes which can be hastened with the addition of heat. Glass beads within the adhesive control the bondline thickness to prevent adhesive squeeze out. It has a non-sag formula for vertical applications and low stringing for less clean up.

The DP8805 has a 10:1 mix ratio and comes in a 45ml Duopak tube.

You will need in addition the applicator (EPXPLUSA ), the 10:1 45ml plunger (EPXP45) and the 45ml mixing nozzles (EPXMN45).
