3M Scotch-Weld DP8410NS Acrylic Adhesives are high performance, two-part acrylic adhesives thatoffer excellent shear, peel, and impact performance. These toughened products provide improvedadhesion to many plastics and metals, including those with slightly oily surfaces. These durableproducts feature a fast rate of strength build, providing structural strength in minutes.

Opentime is about 8 minutes with handling strength in about 30 minutes. It can achieve structuralstrength (1000PSI) in around 35 minutes which can be hastened with the addition of heat. Glassbeads within the adhesive control the bondline thickness to prevent adhesive squeeze out. It has anon-sag formula for vertical applications and low stringing for less clean up.

The DP8410 has a10:1 mix ratio and comes in a 45ml Duopak tube.

You will need in addition the applicator (EPXPLUSA ), the 10:1 45ml plunger (EPXP45) and the 45ml mixingnozzles (EPXMN45).
