3M Scotch-Weld DP8805NS Low Odor Acrylic Adhesives are high performance, two-part acrylicadhesives with lower odor than most acrylic adhesives. These toughened products offer excellentshear, peel, and impact performance. They provide improved adhesion to many plastics and metals,including those with slightly oily surfaces. These durable products feature an exceptionally fastrate of strength build, providing structural strength in minutes.

Open time is about 4 minuteswith handling strength in about 6 minutes. It can achieve structural strength (1000PSI) in around10 minutes which can be hastened with the addition of heat. Glass beads within the adhesivecontrol the bondline thickness to prevent adhesive squeeze out. It has a non-sag formula forvertical applications and low stringing for less clean up.

The DP8805 has a 10:1 mix ratio andcomes in a 45ml Duopak tube.

You will need in addition the applicator (EPXPLUSA ), the 10:1 45ml plunger (EPXP45) and the 45ml mixingnozzles (EPXMN45).
