Tenacious K160 is a polyethylene coated 80-mesh cloth with a high cohesive strength rubber adhesive. The product was developed for the entertainment industry and has a special matte, low-reflective finish and a modified rubber adhesive system to enhance its clean remove characteristics.
It can be used as a low tack gaffer tape for the film, TV and stage work, particularly in flooring situations. The tape exhibits low reflectivity, good clean remove/low residue characteristics and can be written on with ball point pen (camera tape). It is also used in book binding, where a matte finish is preferred.
