Smartstak PHP 5020 is a multifunctional hot melt adhesive used for carton/pallet stabilisation and carton manufacture. Used on UV varnished, Aqueous varnish, Recycled, Kraft and BOPP coated board.

Product Benefits:
- Excellent pallet stability reducing and/or eliminating the need for stretch wrap, therefore reducing cost and impact on the environment
- Almost transparent on the carton to retain an attractive appearance
- Minimal fibre tear when de-stacking cartons, giving a better appearance and easier handling
- No sticky adhesive transfer when de-stacking cartons, therefore being
easier to handle resulting in fewer customer complaints regarding glue
transfer to car carpets and home floors.
- Re-stackable, so when cartons are removed and replaced, pallet stability is assured
- Wide temperature work environment ie 2C to 70C
- Adhesion and strong bond to coated and uncoated carton stock
